We all have people we would and wouldn’t give a second chance — lines drawn and beliefs formed about who we could forgive.

Right?

POTSC is launching the NEVER BEYOND Poster Series: 25 posters representing well known historical, current and fictional characters who are believed to have harmed society. This campaign consists of digital and print posters and the full collection will eventually be displayed as a touring art exhibit.

The campaign draws out themes of forgiveness, grace and what a pathway to a second chance looks like.

And we want you to get involved!  How?

1) Share this post with the Facebook and Twitter buttons below.

2) Host a conversation, this week, on your blog.  Email here to sign up and learn more.

3) Start a conversation on social media.  Facebook and Twitter are great places to start.

Are you in?

as a mom of two little girls, I can’t help but to be filled with anger and frustration at the fact that a mother would allow their little girl (or boy) to go through pain and then be dismissed of like nothing, like nothing ever happened, like there was no worth in this child. I feel hurt and I cry at the thought of parents not loving their children at least half of how I love mine, but yet, who am? We might never know what happened here, but when I see pictures of this mother smiling with her child, I’d like to believe that she loved her very much and simply the spiritual/mental/emotional damage she’s gone through caused her to freeze in time as if nothing happened. As a mom, I choose to forgive her, and as tough as it is, I would give her a second chance.

  • onealkl

I choose to give her a second chance.  The justice system doesn’t show the truth and the jury had doubt.  I’m glad they chose not to convict when there wasn’t enough evidence.  We ALL make mistakes in life and we all need second chances.  Not one of us is better than the other!
